What is the time limit to bill assesorial charges that were not billed on orig. invoice?

Tina, if you are operating as a common carrier the limit for undercharge and overcharge claims, balance due or other corrected billing is generally 180 days (6 Months).  If you are operating as a contract carrier then it will be whatever you agreed to in the contract between the chipper and carrier.
