Trucking: Truck weigh stations, truck weigh stations, commerical vehicle

I need to know if our Satellite truck needs to stop at weigh stations.  It is about 22,000 pounds and about 22 ft long.  It is considered a commerical vehicle.

Hi Clint, You may e mail me at : JLong2500@aol.com and tell me the states you travel and I will get the answers from the states for you.  In my opinion, Since you are under 26000 GVW and not required to have fuel permits, You may not have to stop.  Then again depending on what kind of tag you have on truck, may have to stop to make sure not weighing over the tag limit.  I will be glad to check for you.    J P Long
