I was wanting to buy some bigger tires which would require me to get a lift on my truck.  I was wanting to know what are the safest types of truck lifts? Senspension or body? and why it is safer and why the other is not safe?  Last if it is just for look and is only 3 inches what would be the safest and best for the truck in the long run to get?

Well a body lift will be easier to install than suspension.The name brands are probably a better choice.And if install correctly with all the supplied parts will be safe.

IF installed correctly as per specs in the installation manual it will be safe because the only thing changing is the body height on frame.They usually have a steering shaft extension & maybe other things needed to correctly do the job in the better kits.
