Truck Repair: 5.9l designatons, dodge pick ups, variable geometry

Question
I have heard there is a Cummins 5.9l wet sleeve motor.  If true what is its model designation and where was it commonly used?  Can you comment on the comparison between this and the 2 and 4 valve motors used in the dodge pick-ups and this one?
Which of the medium to heavy truck engines ISX, ISM, ISB and ISC come close to 5.9l displacement and has an optional variable vane turbo?

Answer
There are no wet sleeve 5.9L engines in production. The C engine is 8.3L,The ISL is 9.4L,ISM is 11L,ISX is 15L.All the new engines have the variable geometry turbo if the have an EGR vavle. The 5.9L engines are basically the same. The blocks 02 & older are the same on 2 & 4 valve engines. The 03 & up have a common rail fuel system. They run quieter than older diesels & have more power,300+ HP,double that which was in the 89-90 model Dodge. They only had 160 HP & 400 ftlbs torque. The 24 valve engines have computor controls.
