Vintage Cars: Parts, serial number plate, model designation

WE have a 1932 huppmobil roadster, WE are looking for a cylinder head ,Water pump, Radiator.

1941 Hupmobile Skylark Are you a member of the Hupmobile Club? There's a bi-monthly publication called the Parts Locator which will be a big help in locating parts for your project.

Do you know the model of your car? The letter imprinted on the serial number plate located on the firewall under the hood will show the model designation. If your car is a six-cylinder, it could be a late Model S or an early Model B. If your car is an eight-cylinder, it could be a Model C, Model U, Model H, Model F or Model I. Each of these cars has unique parts, so it will be important to your search to know this information.
