How to Remove an Upper G35 Glove Box

The upper glove box on your Infiniti G35 is located on the passenger's side of the dashboard. Removing the glove box is a quick process that simply requires the removal of nine screws securing the glove box in place. Once you remove the screws, you give the glove box a firm tug to release the retaining metal clips and then pull it off the dashboard.

Things You'll Need

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Park the G35 and turn off the engine. Open the glove box and remove the contents.

  • Remove the four screws from the glove box lid with a Philips screwdriver. There are two screws on each upper corner of the lid. Once the screws are out, pull the lid off the glove box.

  • Remove the five screws at the back panel of the glove box. There is one screw in each corner, and one in the very center of the back panel. Once all the screws have been removed, give the glove box a firm pull. There are still two metal retaining clips securing the glove box to the dashboard. Once you pull hard enough, the clips will come right out.

  • Detach the electrical connector from the rear of the glove box and pull it off the dashboard.
