How to Reset the Oil Change Light on a Grand Am

The Pontiac Grand Am features a "Change Oil" light to remind the driver when oil maintenance for the car is needed. Immediately after changing the car's oil, however, the light remains on. This light needs to be manually reset after an oil change, and the task does not require a mechanic or other certified professional.
