The fuel filler flap is on the right side of a 2007 BMW. To open the filler flap, unlock all the doors and press down on the right edge of the flap. If there's a problem with the vehicle and the filler flap won't open this way, release the fuel filler flap manually from the inside of the trunk. When at the fuel pump, make sure to fill your 2007 BMW with premium unleaded gasoline.
Open the trunk of your 2007 BMW.
Lift the cargo mat. Remove the cover on the right side of the cargo area directly behind the fuel filler flap.
Look for and find a black knob that has a fuel pump symbol on it. Pull the knob to open the fuel filler flap.
