How to Find the Color Code on a GM Saturn

Seeing scratched paint on your GM Saturn vehicle can be a frustrating experience. Chips and scratches from debris on the road and weather can also cause damage to your paint job. In order to properly touch up the paint, you'll need to know the exact color code of your GM Saturn.

  • Find the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) sticker or plate. In the GM Saturn, this will either be a plate on the windshield of the driver's side or on the inside of the driver's side door. The VIN plate or sticker will have your GM Saturn's color code on it.

  • Consult your owner's manual. Your owner's manual should identify the location of your GM Saturn's VIN plate or sticker.

  • Check your insurance policy for your GM Saturn's VIN number. Contact the manufacturer with the VIN number and they may be able to provide you with your car's color code.

  • Ask a dealer. If you can provide the VIN number, the GM dealer near you can probably find your color code.
