When you mess around with cars as much as we do, sooner or later you’ll need to have a driveshaft reworked to re-establish the correct center-to-center dimension. A lucky few with the right skills can do this at home, but the rest of us require the services of an upstanding driveshaft shop. If you’re unaware of a facility in your area, check with the transmission shops—they will usually tell you whom they use.
