Low Buck Challenge: Grille Insert on a Chevy S10

The Problem: Stock appearance, minimal coinage, and a 10-minute attention span. The Solution: We went to Master Image Customs (MIC) and asked them to give an S-10 a little front-end flare. For $199, they hooked us up with a totally awesome Fast Flame stainless steel grille insert. There is no cutting required, and the grille will make your ride look bad-ass without restricting airflow or deflating your wallet.

Master Image Customs offers the grille inserts in three different styles that are available for most vehicles: Fast Flame (featured), Tiki Tribal, and Super Star. Even if you classify yourself as a top-rate dumb-nut, we have a feeling you’ll find the installation painfully simple. We’ll even throw in some helpful hints and a list of grille installation no-nos.

The Prep

Go throw a celebratory burrito in the microwave. It will be ready by the time you’re done with the installation. Trust us. It’s that easy.
