Anyone familiar with the diesel performance market recognizes the problematic EGR system in the 6.0L Ford Power Stroke engine…sticky OEM EGR valves, over-pressurization of the coolant system, and don’t forget the possibility of blown head gaskets due to the EGR cooler leaking into the cylinder. Performance Machine offers a complete kit designed by diesel guys, for diesel guys, with all the parts needed to completely remove the factory EGR system to give you cooler engine water temperatures, improved engine reliability, improved fuel mileage, lower EGT, and improved horsepower. The kit is available for ’03 to ’07 6.0L Ford diesels and 6.4L ’08 to ’10 vehicles, including the F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, Econoline, and Excursion.
Complete kits include the top plate; baseplate; coolant re-route pipe; high-flowing, mandrel-bent exhaust up-pipe; and mounting hardware, as well as detailed installation instructions.

Billet Block
This billet aluminum Duramax block is the first of its kind, according to maker NGM Diesel. This block is 100 pounds lighter than the stock block and much stronger. It disperses heat much better and, in the case of catastrophic failure, it can be repaired (unlike the cast-iron block it replaces). It’s available with or without aluminum main caps. There are optional deck heights, bore sizes, and lifter sizes. With this billet block, you get an upgraded oiling system and a more rigid exterior design. It can be sleeved or Nickasil plated, and it’s built to handle more than 5,000 hp and 5,000 lb-ft of torque!
