6.4L Oil Solutions
Always at the forefront of Power Stroke innovation, Elite Diesel is now offering an oil cooler bypass kit, as well as a new crankcase ventilation (CCV) system for ’08 to ’10 6.4L owners. Its aluminum oil cooler mounts at the front of the truck and does away with the factory oil bowl in the lifter valley. The oil cooler bypass kit utilizes -12 AN oil lines and fittings. Elite’s CCV kits will come with an aluminum cartridge, -16 AN fittings, and keep crankcase oil and vapor from accumulating in the intake tract.

ReVamped Twin CP3 Kits
ATS has refined its twin CP3 systems for common-rail Dodge Rams and fixed four problems in the process. First, a new idler bracket is supplied to increase serpentine belt tension with the billet CP3 pulley, which is ideal for high engine loads, rpm, and big horsepower scenarios. Second, the increased tension solves the screech often heard when you shut down your engine. Third, the new idler pulley routes the belt away from the power steering reservoir (and avoids contact with the cylindrical reservoir found on newer trucks). And finally, the new bracket replaces the original support pump bracket that was prone to cracking.

5.9L Common-Rail Turbo
Running a small set of injector nozzles or a hot programmer? Advanced Flow Engineering may have the perfect bolt-on turbo for you. Its new BladeRunner turbocharger features a 58mm compressor wheel inducer and a ported shroud housing to optimize flow and eliminate surging. Wastegate operation is controlled by a black anodized wastegate actuator, and the center cartridge is outfitted with 360- degree thrust bearings and journal bearings for long-life durability. According to AFE, the BladeRunner can add as much as 100 hp and provide a 150-degree drop (or more) in EGT.

Digital Torque Adapters
Now you can convert any 3⁄8-inch or ½-inch ratchet into a precision torque wrench, thanks to Eastwood’s digital torque adapters. Its adapters are simply placed between a standard ratchet and socket (or socket extension) and offer accuracy that equals or exceeds that of many digital torque wrenches currently on the market. For those working on modern vehicles that require torquing to a set value followed by measuring rotational angle, Eastwood also offers two adapters that measure angle. All adapters measure torque from 15 to 150 ft-lb and are accurate to within 1 percent, clockwise and counterclockwise.
