Turbo Diesel HP’s standard intake horns for ’94 to ’07 5.9L Cummins engines are priced at just $200. Units are made from 6061-T6 aluminum, are fully TIG-welded, and replace the factory grid heater. The intake horns come with all mounting hardware and a 18-inch NPT bung on the backside. According to Turbo Diesel HP, its product lowers EGT, improves fuel economy, and is pressure-tested to more than 100 psi. Its Cummins intake horns are also offered with a black-anodized finish.

Valvebody Upgrade
ATS Diesel now offers its Hydro-Balanced Valve and Sleeve technology in every Dodge automatic transmission. According to ATS, the throttle valves in the factory valvebody wear out their respective bores prematurely, causing the valves to stick and the transmission to shift erratically. By using a different throttle valve material and installing a hardened sleeve in the valvebody, the sticking issues are prevented and a more quality shift is the result. This technology can be found in ATS’ towing, racing, and stand-alone programmable valvebodies.

Deep Pan For Dodge
New for most ’89 to ’10 Dodge vehicles, Pacific Performance Engineering’s transmission pan is cast from A356-T6 aluminum alloy, features side ribs for extra strength, and increases fluid capacity by 4 quarts. Internally, 1-inch heat sink baffles absorb heat and help channel oil. Externally, -inch heat sink channels dissipate heat into passing air. All transmission pans are designed with -inch NPT-threaded gauge sensor ports and come with a 1-inch-diameter, stainless steel, magnetic drain plug.

Its OC-25 centrifuge system is stated to be 10 times more efficient than traditional oil filtration systems and is said to completely remove soot from the engine’s oil.
