If you're looking to cool off your modified 6.4L Power Stroke, Advanced Flow Engineering's new Bladerunner diesel intercooler may suit your needs. According to AFE, it outflows OE-style tube and fin core designs by 74 percent and offers better heat dissipation. The Bladerunner's end tanks are constructed from 3/16-inch, TIG-welded aluminum plate, which incorporates three multi-directional vanes for efficient airflow directing and maximum cooling. Each diesel intercooler unit is tested to 200 psi, offers a 200-degree drop at the intercooler, and boasts a 100-degree reduction in EGT.

Roller Rockers For Common-Rail Cummins
NGM Diesel Performance has released its billet-aluminum roller rockers for 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engines. The lightweight rocker arms provide a friction-reducing fulcrum (which utilizes needle bearings), and a roller tip for further friction loss between the rocker and the valve stem. Units are available anodized, or with a plain, aluminum finish. Custom rocker arm ratios are available, and these rockers are reported to be durable enough for street or strip use. NGM Diesel Performance claims stock engines have seen 35hp gains on stock ratio replacements, and modified engines have seen more than 50hp gains.

Better Braking For Duramax
The TurboBrake from Fleece Performance Engineering is an electronic exhaust brake that utilizes the factory variable-geometry turbo (VGT) in order to stop any LLY, LBZ, and LMM-powered Chevy or GMC.
