Auto Insurance Claims: unique situation, old trucks, ferraro

i was in an accident dec 17, in a truck insured by me, but owned by my grandmother. we were in the process of getting the truck signed over to me, but needed to file for a lost title. long story short, the truck had not been inspected, and i was using my old trucks' license plates. by the way the truck was totaled. am i likely to get a claim?

p.s. fault was not mine.

I can't tell you if you're going to get a claim against you but if the accident's not your fault then you might not have to worry about it.  Also, if there are no serious injuries to the other side and the other side knows you don't have insurance they would probably be LESS inclined to file a suit against you.
