Hey Ernesto this is my last question you have helped me so much!! the last message you sent me you said there are a lot of factors involving my claim can you give at three most common factors there can be with a claim like mine thanks. i think with the information  you gave me today I can go up against the insurance Adjuster and get a fair deal.At least I will not sound stupid!

Three important factors:
(1) What do your medical records show (your recovery will be based on the severity of the injury),
(2) How much treatment did you receive and how serious were those treatments,
(3) Did you miss any time from work and if you did how large is your lost wage claim.
