Auto Insurance Claims: auto claims, medical insurance company, party insurance

i was recently involved in an automobile accident in ohio, the at fault party insurance has already repaired my car, but i went to the emergency and had xrays and my insurance through my employer already paid my medical bills...my ? is, is the insurers (insurance company) still liable for the costs incurred by me at the emergency room?

Hi Lis,

Yes. You will need to make a claim for Bodily Injury. In most cases your medical insurance company will require reimbursement for bills paid as a result of an auto accident. You may also be entitled to claim any lost wages and pain & Suffering.
