Auto Insurance Claims: liability issue, mercury suv, liability issue

Question
Hi
I was in a gas station accident. I turned the corner from the street to get to the mini mart and i was driving 10mph through the gas station, when i saw this mercury suv coming from the left side. I stopped fully and i was looking at her, she wasn't paying attention because she was smoking and ran into me. There was a witness behind me, he came out and started yelling, its your fault, you're cutting through gas station to beat the light. From what their insurance company was telling me, was that he "felt like" i was cutting through a gas station, and said that the driver of Mercury had no time to stop. So they found me 100% at fault. Only witness i had was my wife but this creates a conflict of interest. So based on what that witness "felt like" i'm found 100% at fault. My auto insurance decided to persue 50/50 but when they went to arbitration, they found me 100 at fault. There are many things that come into play, based on what he felt like i was doing, i'm guilty even though i think its bogus. I had the right away, from my point of view because she was going straight into parking lot and i was driving straight to parking in a parking lot, i could have turned left and still it would have been my right away. What do you think i should do if i don't agree at all with their decision?
thank you for your time

Answer
It sounds like your insurance company has handled the claim in good faith.  If this thing has gone as far as arbitration and you were found to be at fault, then I certainly cannot advise you based on the limited (one sided) amount of information that I have.
