Auto Insurance Claims: My 2012 Toyota Camry, State Farm auto theft claim denial, State Farms forensic experts on stolen cars

Hi.  My 2012 Camry was stolen and joy riden then set on fire.  I was first interviewed for a half an hour.  A few days ago I was then reinterviewed by a SIU person and asked about my bills and for phone records.   I also gave her the reciept for my dinner I was having the night my car was stolen.  Is this normal?  I almost feel like they are trying to point the finger at me. Now she is hiring a forensic person and said she might need a second forensic report if she feels the first one isn't correct.   What do I do if anything.

You are absolutely being accused in the involvement of the theft. Their so-called "forensic" examination will link you with the theft because according to these goofs who have a vested interest in writing a report to accuse the insured of the theft of their own vehicle equipped with a so called "anti theft system", the car is purportedly impossible to steal.

Joy rides are not common with these types of vehicles however because they do have a theft deterrent requiring a correctly coded transponder key.
If you had any involvement with this claim, I can't help you, but with that said, there is no one else capable of refuting the insurance company and their "forensic" experts other than us if you had nothing to do with this theft.
In fact, we have no competition. Everyone else has been bought off in this very corrupt situation.

At this point, we can access the damage you have already already done to yourself. This is nothing to play with. Insurance companies will drop a dime on you to a prosecutor in a heart beat. Even if their "forensics" is about as fraudulent as can be.

as I say so often and it is all so true-Certain insurance carriers using fraud in the forensics to perform the fraud investigations in order to accuse the insured of fraud. Interesting isn't it? Welcome to my world!
