Auto Insurance Claims: Auto insurance, state department of insurance, personal injury claims

Hi I have 2 cars under my husband's name currently we r insured but in the last 3 years we have had 2 accidents and had to have physical therapy due to the accident. It wasnt our fault. Now the insurance is terminated our policy because we had 2 personal injury claims. I have been calling and no one wants to give us  car insurance. What can I do?

Contast your state department of insurance. Most states either offer insurance or require certain insurers to accept so many "assignrd risk" policy holders. Also contact an "independent agent" who sells insurance for many insurers, not just one, like Allstate.
