Auto Insurance Claims: Hit and run insurance company issue, rig type, big rig

Question
Hello there I want to know you opinion and maybe some advice on this problem i have with me and a truck co insurance

It all started in June 16 2007 my car was in a hit and run by a big rig type truck around 2:30pm. I was at work at a gas station, where my car was parked properly in the parking area when the truck driver rammed my car forward having the front drivers side headlight pushed into a pole than the car was some how hooked onto a the truck and dragged out pretty far out of the original position.(keep in my mind this gas station does not have any cameras in the outside)
The witness came in saying a car was hit by a truck that had ABF LOGO on the truck.
So i walked outside to find out that it had been my car in the accident the witness told me what had happen to it and the name of the truck company...at the time i did a stupid mistake and not ask the man his information cause i was such shock
I found the trucking company's phone number and called them and told them what had happen...he said by law truckers must keep a log of where they stop etc and that they would get to the bottom of it couple of days later a insurance claims agent to take photos of the vehicle days later i receive a phone call from Claims examiner only to tell me lies starting with there only trucker nearby at the time of the accident was two city's away from where the accident took place. I've tried to ask for the truck plate so that the CHP could check there logs for the truck terminals on the freeway but instead change subject and ended the conversation with more lies...one being all there employees have a uniform.

I later come to the conclusion the cameras inside the gas station have recorded video footage with timestamps which shows the truck driver 1 minute before the witness runs in saying a car has been hit.
I send a letter to the claims examiner with this information
Only to receive a letter back stating "The person I described doesn't fit the city driver out that day on delivery and which we later we learned from a terminal that he was actually done working before the accident occurred."

On August the 8th 2007 the same truck driver comes into the gas station with a ABF truck but the person working at the time was not able to get the trucks plate information but was able to confirm it was the same man the day of my accident. I have this video He wears the same hate the day of the accident and glasses but this time no uniform
I call the claims examiner  regarding this new found information and she still denied any knowing of this.
Another month goes by Sept 9th 2007 The same Trucker Comes in again this time in uniform and a gas station employee takes down the trucks plate number!
I than call the claims examiner with new information and tell her its the same man in all three videos
she than ask to see these videos before i send her these videos.Which i have not send out yet because i want to take the right actions that is why I'm asking for your help on this matter i feel like i have nailed her to the wall and she can't BS with this information.

this is a long story if you need more information please do ask them

Advice to a worst case scenario? and opinions on what to do to get the money they owe me!

Answer
Hi Alvaro,
Send COPIES of the 3 video's and the truck's license plate number to the claims adjustor.
This should be enough to resolve the issue in your favor.
It all depends on how willing the insurance company is to follow through and identify the person in the video's and follow through to review his truck logs for the day of the accident.
Otherwise, your final choice is to file small claims court action against ABF.  Many states allow Attorneys in small claims court.  Check your states rules before filing.
Unfortunately, because you did not get the name and phone number of the witness, the odds of your winning are very slim.
Good luck
