We recieved a response to our question with "I have already answered this question for you once before."  With all do respect, we have not recieved an answer.  This just happened Memorial day weekend.  I tried to review your old questions and I just recieve a page of computer language.  Could you resend the answer.  Maybe you have us confused with another email or your answer wasn't received.  This was only our 2nd question to this website.  Thank you for your time, it's much appreciated.  Shannon and Bob

Answer
I just checked in my archives and the question is there stating that I already answered it, but the answer is not there.  Must have been a technical issue going on.

I worked RV warranty industry for 4 years and what you have described is a very common door failure.
Due to the large shape of an RV, there is generally a vacuum created at that part of the body while going down the road.  It is a vacuum that would be very difficult for a piece of road debris to overcome and hit the door.  If an RV door is opened at highways speeds, it will be sucked outward, not inward.  This illustrates how unlikely it is for road debris to fly inward toward the door.

However; depending on how long you've been insured with the company, a well written letter and some photo documentation may pursuade a claims manager to pay the claim for customer service reasons only.

Good luck!
