Auto Insurance Claims: I was in a car accident and now Im injured, claims advice, claim help

I was on a street with no stop sign and the other driver comes to a complete stop and proceeds to move into the oncoming traffic lane with no turning signals but stops on my lane and I end up hitting her and I hurt my wrist, what can i claim?

Depending on the laws of your state and the extend of your injuries, this is a question of liability. Was there a police report? Who was cited?

If the insurance companies find that you are not at fault, you could have a bodily injury liability claim against the at fault driver. Depending on whether or not your state has no fault coverage, you would have to go through that first.
