I have a 1998 ford expedition, and would like to put some refrigerant in, where is the location of the line to put this stuff in located on engine

Your low pressure port is located on your accumulator. The accumulator is loacted on the firewall on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
Now hte same thing may have happened to your as did mine. Prior to me owning my 99 expedition someone had replaced the accumulator with an aftermarket one that did not have a port on it. In this case you can take your low pressure switch off of the accumulator, affix a low side refrigerant port to this and charge it through here. Just make certain that you replace your low pressure switch back on it when you are finished.
