Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 1995 Suburban AC blows warm in front, anit freeze, chevy suburban

Question
I have a 1995 Chevy Suburban that blows warmer air in the front than the rear AC ( at least 20 degrees).

I've had the charge checked, the front evaporator changed out, the dryer changed and the orfice. I have looked at the indicator on the air door modulator and it appears to operate correctly when I change the temp from coldest to the warmest temp.

Is there anything else I can do to check the system. The last person who worked on it said the air dor modulator may be working, but the door must not be closing all the way. They want to rip out the dash again at a tremendous cost. Is there any other thing to try?

Answer
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE ACTUATOR FOR THE BLEND DOOR MAY BE SLIGHTLY OPEN.A TRICK TO ELIMINATE IS TO CLAMP OFF THE ANIT FREEZE FLOW TO THE FRONT HEATER CORE AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS..
IF IT GETS COLDER,YOU`LL KNOW THE DOOR IS CRACKED OPEN.TO GET TO THE DOOR THE DASH HAS TO BE REMOVED TO REPAIR.IN THE PAST I HAVE SEEN OBJECTS LIKE PENS AND PENCILS FALL DOWN THE DEFROSTER VENTS AND GET STUCK BEHIND DOORS..

GOOD LUCK
