Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Heater Fan Resister, venture van, heater fan

Hi Tom,
I have a 2002 Chev Venture Van, no fan at the lower settings.  Works ok for the higher settings.  Pretty sure it is the fan motor resister.
Can't find where it is located under the dash to replace it?  Hayne's manuals isn't out for this model as of yet, so can't find a drawing of where it could be.  Any help or an ability to get the schematic?

the BLOWER RESISTOR also called RESISTOR-BLOWER is uaually located by the blower motor itself.
