Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: heating and air, crown vic, potentiometer

i have a 1995 crown vic and it has the auto air but it seems that the car can't switch to cold air the compressor does run  it seems like the door is stock in the hot poss.

Your problem is most likely caused by a faulty BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR located under the dash or a faulty TEMPERATURE CONTROL POTENTIOMETER located on the dash control panel.
