Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Oldsmobile A/C repair, electrical schematics, radiator fan

Question
My 1991 Olds Ciera has no power to the A/C circuit. Checked every fuse with a test-light, in and out, all ok. Went to the "relay bank", (4 relays), and tried a new relay on every plug. Still no power to the freon sensor, or compressor, and no continuous radiator fan. When changing the relays, I checked the 4 relay plugs with a test-light, and 3 have two "hot" contacts, while the 4th only has one. Could that be the problem??
