my ac compressor is not receiving any power I have changed the relay switch  

Answer
If the system is LOW on FREON the PRESSURE CYCLING SWITCH will prevent the compressor from engaging due to the low refrigerant charge.

You need to add freon to the system and in 99% of all cases where you have to add freon, You must have a LEAK in the A/C system that must be fixed or you will forever be adding more and more freon.
