1993 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3 AC and radiator fan does not turn on. When I jump High Pressure switch they both work. If I have cold air when I jump the swith, is the switch the problem? If there is no cold air do I have a leak?
Answer -
Definately sounds like a freon leak in the A/C system.

I have found the leak in the base of the accumalator drier, thank you.
May it be changed with standard tools and could that also be the cause of the compressor cycling fast?

Answer
Yes this loss of freon from the accumuator WILL cause the compressor to cycle rapidly on and off.

You need more than standard tools to replace the accumulator.

1. You need a vacuum pump to evacuate all the atmospheric air from the A/C system once you replace the accumulator.

2. You need a set of manifold (A/C) gages in order to monitor the pressures while installing the freon.

3. You need to add refrigerant oil back into the system as some of it leaked out from the leak.

4. you need to know EXACTLY how much refrigerant oil to install into the system.

5. You need to know exactly how much and the exact TYPE of freon and refrigerant oil to install.

6. You should replace the EXPANSION TUBE as it accumulates moisture and foreign debris due to the leak.

If you do not have the above special tools and or knowledge of fluid amounts to install you can damage the compressor if you add to LITTLE or to MUCH of either fluids into the system.

The expansion valve may be called an ORFICE TUBE on your particular make of vehicle.
