2000 Chevy Blazer 4.3 Vortex 4WD

The engine runs about 200-205 degrees. There is no heat coming out of the vents. It has good air flow. I replaced the termostat about a month ago. I also checked all the fuses and relays. I removed the dash and checked the wire connectors to the controls. It has plenty of anti-freeze (red) All the hoses are hot, even the heater core hoses. I can't locate the heater control valve or the flap inside the vents (if there are any).
Tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

How did you determine that you have GOOD AIR FLOW if you have NO AIR coming out of the vents ?.

Put the heater and A/C on all the various settings and see if air is coming out of the proper vents and let me know.

I have air flow and the a/c works, but when switched to heat it still blows cool air.

You did NOT answer my question. Do you have air flow from the proper vents when you select the various settings on the A/C-heater control panel ?.

Your most likely suspect would be that you have a loss of vacuum from the engines intake manifold tubing that goes thru the firewall and into the A/C-Heater CONTROL MODULE or the control module is most likely faulty.

You did mention that you had the dash OUT. Is there a possibility that you may have forgotten to re-attach an electrical and or vacuum connection or possibly pinched a vacuum line ?.

Sorry. The air IS coming out of the proper vents. I double checked all connections and was very careful when removing and re-installing the dash panel. It is possible, but very unlikely.

Answer
OK, If your POSITIVE that you put everything back together EXACTLY as it was prior to removing the dash, Then your most likely suspect would be the A/C-Heater control module.

If your NOT POSITIVE about putting everything back together correctly, I would have a second or third look to be sure as the controller is NOT cheap and once you buy it, You cannot return it as there are NO RETURNS on electrical components in most dealerships parts departments as well as most auto parts stores.
