When I turn on the A/C heater control switch on modes One two or fan the A/C or the heater dose not work. Overall when I turn the A/C heater control switch on the high mode the A/C &
heater works just fine . What could be causing this problem ?

Answer
There is a device called a BLOWER FAN RESISTOR MODULE. However every manufaturere calls it something else.

Anyway, It is a small electrical component that controls the speed of your BLOWER FAN that provides air into the passengers compartment.

This is usually a dealer item. Cost about $50.00 and very simple (2) screws to replace it.
