What should the labor time be to replace the inner front frame rail on a Lexus LS 430 with the engine and trans removed?

Hi Dave!....On a unibody constructed vehicle such as a Lexus, the flat rate time will depend upon whether the front frame rail will be completely replaced, or sectioned in. The average time for a complete replacement, will be in the area of 8 to 12 hours. The time variation will depend on how many structural and/or non-structural components that need to be welded to the full replacement rail. In regards to sectioning, (partial replacement), the average time will be 4 to 6 hours.
