Auto body repair & detailing: fibreglass, auto body supply, dune buggy

Question
I have an old volkswagon dune buggy body, that has holes in it. Ranging in size from a quarter inch to four inches around. What is the best way to fill the holes?

Answer
The small holes can be repaired with something like Marglass, the larger ones will need some fiber glass mat and resin. Take a body grinder and grind back-taper the edges, cut your pieces of mat to overlap. With a small stiff paint brush, brush the resin on until all the air bubbles are gone, lay another piece of mat on and repeat until you have the desired thickness.
Go to your nearest auto body supply store, they will help you with the needed tools and supplies and maybe even some know how..
