Answer
Hello Holly! Have a junk yard cut a rear fender out of another car, and graft it in. Drill out the spot welds on the old panel to remove it, you may need to get a little creative to make it work, but it can be done! Drill what you need off of the used quarter section, and weld the new panel on with plug welds where you  drilled out the old spot welds. When drilling off the panel on your tracker, use a 5/16 spot weld drill bit, and try to only drill through 1 thickness of the steel. Try to not drill all the way through. Graft the new panel into the old about half way up the sail panel, be sure to overlap it about half an inch or so. (2 door tracker) On a 4 door, graft it in about half way up the window opening frame. You will need to have the rear window removed. As far as paint and materials, expext to spend easily 2-3 hundred bucks by the time you get everything. Bill
