Auto body repair & detailing: Scratches, finger nail, scratches

Question
I have several scratches on truck door.
Can I remove these myself by buffing or what ?
Don't want to paint it. Color Black.

If you can see they are deep scratches or drag your finger nail across them and feel that they are deep a buffer is not going to help much. But if they are minor and not very deep than yes a buffer will do the job for you. If they are deep you may want touch them up with paint first and let dry than buff the door hope this helps you.
