Auto Glass: 02 grand am window regulator, clips

There are u brackets on either side of passenger window, how do you remove the epoxied brackets without braking the glass? thanks

Hi Vic,




               It would all depend on the reason for removal, If they are broken and are being replaced then a heated utility blade will cut like butter. If you are going to reuse them then you will have to Baby the clip by slicing until the thing comes loose.
