Auto Parts: BMW 318i front brakes, brake hoses, metal debris

Question
I have the RH front brake hanging up causing the rotor to heat up and eventually warp. I have replaced the rotors, calipers, mounting brackets, pads and front brake hoses. It feels fine during assembly and bleeding of the system. Also checks good through initial test drive but after 100-150 miles the rotor starts to heat up. When jacking up the vehicle the LH wheel turns freely, but the RH side has friction from the pads. Also to note there is zero pulling during braking.

Answer
Something is preventing the release of pressure when the pedal is released.  There wouldn't be any pulling with the pedal applied, but there should be pulling after the brake is released.  Since you have replaced the brake hoses (the most common cause of this type of fault), I would be suspicious of the anti-lock system.  I don't know what year the car is, but the system commonly used by BMW (and manufactured by Bosch) gives the anti-lock pump the ability to send different pressure to each wheel.  If the pump or pressure distribution block is not allowing complete release of pressure to the right front wheel, it would give the symptoms you describe.  The change in speed would be below the anti-lock computer's threshold of measurement, so it couldn't know what is happening in order to correct it.  It is also possible that the wheel speed sensor is bad, causing it to give a different signal for that wheel.  If the teeth on the tone wheel are bent or clogged with metal debris, that could also cause a problem.  You are probably going to need someone with the proper adapters to hack the anti-lock computer while driving the car.
