Auto Parts: Auto keys, scrap brass, ebay

Hello..in the process of cleaning out my grandparents house, we have found a huge assortment of old uncut automotive keys. My grandfather had a garage and they are probably all from the 60's and 70's. Is there a market for these or should we just scrap them?

Hi Michelle,

eBay would be the only market I could think of to try and get rid of them but if they are all blanks and they DON'T come with the cutter, you'll probably not get that much for them. Sell them as scrap brass, the weight of them at a local recycling facility should be pretty substantial depending on how many you actually have.
