Auto Parts: Infinti G20, wire connector, square hole

I have a 2002 g20 and everytime I lock the door the lights blink and there is a little sound. Today for the first time, the sound did not work, but the lights did blink. How do I get the sound to work?

Sounds like the Pizo-Siren is not working. There is a small horn under the hood of your vehicle. It probably just looks like a small black box with a square hole in the bottom. There should be a three-wire connector on it. if wiggling these wires does not fix the problem, either the pizo is bad or the signal is not getting to it meaning the security module may be going bad. Typically, a little grime gets into the wire connector and unplugging it and re-attaching it usually removes the piece of debris.
