16" wheels produced for that year/make/model vehicle came in 5, 7, 10 and 11 spoke designs and also a steel wheel. Which one in particular is the ''Caligo'' style included with? Direct interchange on these may include '05, '06 and '07 Volvo 40 series ONLY although I must note that this interchange is non-exact also meaning that as long as the wheels needed for, say a 2000 Volvo 60 meet the same 16x6-1/2" 5-bolt, 108mm offset, then they will work on those vehicles also. So, Buick rims will fit on Pontiacs and Cadillac rims will fit on S10 pickups, Mazda rims fit on Fords, Mitsubishi rims fit on Chryslers and the list goes on almost indefinitely. So asking what vehicles those rims CAN fit on is difficult to answer accurately although as long as I know what item, specifically, you are dealing with, I'll be able to offer you the exact interchange application and notes.

QUESTION: The Caligo is a 7 spoke design. I am trying to sell them to a person who has a Volvo 2004 XC70, and a 1995 volvo 940. But from what you said they will only fit 40 series models, correct?

You are correct, but that is the exact interchange. The wheels you have will directly fit onto and were produced for '04-'07 Volvo 40 Series and '05-'07 Volvo 50 Series. I've also checked the interchange and notes on your friends 95 940 and '04 XC70 and those rims have the same lug dimensions as well as the same 108mm offset as the wheels you have from your '07 so there should be no issues MOUNTING those rims to either of those vehicles although it would be my advice to keep them off of the '95 model because of possible clearance issues.
