Auto Parts: location of engine temp sensor, engine temp, lt blue

where do I find (the location on the engine) the engine temp sensor on a 1999 Aleo Oldsmobile.  Thank You.

Hi,
your vehicle has three engine temp sensors. You are probably looking for the one mounted on the intake manifold near the inlet goose-neck. The temp sensor should have three wires, dark green, black and either pink, white, lt-blue with red stripe or black with a blue stripe. There should be two sensors next to each other, one should be a two or four wire air-charge temp sensor, and the other should be the coolant sensor you are searching for.
