Car Alarms: Stafford car lock?, little prong, plymouth van

My sons 97 plymouth van came with a 'stafford' security system-you insert a little prong into a hole before you can turn on the ignition. There is only one of these keys. Cant talk to previous owner-got it at an auction. I cant find anything about stafford online I suspect thety are out of buisness? Should I try totrack down another couple of these key/prongs online, or get the system disconnected? Thanks!

You likely won't find a replacement key piece. Old tech, and
probably out of business now.
