Car Alarms: the alarm control wont unlock the driver door, alarmtek, dash area

Question
I bout a 2007. tundra at the dealer and the alarm was installed it was working fine until now when I take the alarm off  it only takes the passengers door unlock but not the driver door so I use the key to unlock the door but when I open the door the alarm goes off.and I can't make it stop it stops by its self so by not unlocking the driver door the alarm stays on I tried desconnecting the batterie to see if it helps but it doesn't work.I also tried disconnecting the alarm cable but still the same problem.can I reset the alarm? plz help what can I do?

Answer
Please be more descriptive if possible.

"GOING OFF?"

I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an aftermarket system you are
dealing with.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
(doubtfull since none of the notes show this
car as having a factory alarm system)=FACTORY

Or,

is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
going off?= AFTER MARKET

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action
to take.
