Car Alarms: Alarm goes off when remote start with doors locked, 2006 honda ridgeline, honda ridgeline

Question
I have a 2006 Honda Ridgeline with an Automate AM6.2 Remote start system.  It has been installed for over 5 years with no problems. Recently, when the car doors are locked and I activate the remote starter the car alarm goes off when the truck starts.  It works fine and the alarm does not go off when the doors are unlocked.  Do you know how i can fix?
