Car Alarms: alarm problems, resident technicians, dealer ship

i have a 2004 jeep liberty and the The LED light in the dash
stay on solid and i have noticed that now i cannot use the key to unlock the doors and when i cannot unlock the doors i cannot start the car and now the only way to start the car is to start it with the remote starter then put the key in the ignition.  how do i take care of this problem? im not even sure what the problem is and my warrenty is up for the dealer ship.

be without first hand inspection. If you
