Car Alarms: karr alarm, 2008 toyota fj, alarmtek

I have a 2008 Toyota FJ with a High Performance Karr alarm system. It's has gone off since I bought in Cali, I now live in nc so taking it back to the dealer is not an option.  Southwest did send me a new brain that didn't change the situation so I would like to remove the alarm. How do I do this?  Its wired to the starter.
