QUESTION: I used a circuit tester on a dark blue wire and the light on the tester lite up, but the horn did not blow. It was a small dark blue wire leading toward the steering wheel. that is the only dark blue wire I see. I have tried and tried to get the horn to blow by touching the drk blue wire and grounding the tester but the horn never blows. Then I dont know where to hook up the other wires. I know about the wire from the siren. Do all the wires has to be attached tosomething

87 GOES TO GROUND
86 GOES TO A CONSTANT POWER SOURCE FUSED AT 10 AMPS
85 GOES TO THE SIREN RED WIRE
86 GOES TO THE HORN WIRE IN THE STEERIG COLUMN(DARK BLUE)
87A NOT USED.
