Car Alarms: Pursuit Car Alarm Uninstalled & Problems, pursuit car, dash lights

Hello,

I have a 1990 Honda Civic that was purchased used with a Pursuit Car Alarm. I uninstalled the Audiovox stereo that was in the vehicle as it was having problems going on and off. When I did this and installed the new stereo (wiring headache btw cause the previous idiot cut off the standard stereo connector). So, when the stereo was installed the car would not start and the dash lights are flashing. I removed the entire Alarm system as it was basically useless but my car still doesn't start. What should I do? Please help me ASAP! Thank you very much!
